About the Camp Authority

Stefanie’s journey with camp began early, as a lifelong camper who always knew her career path. From a young age, she understood how fortunate she was to be part of such a special experience, recognizing how profoundly camp was shaping the person she would become. Stefanie’s deep belief in the power of camp to positively impact children made her transition from camper to staff member a natural one. 

Her passion and dedication paved the way for her to take on increasingly significant roles, starting as a counselor and progressing to group leader, head counselor, assistant director, and eventually camp director. With each step, Stefanie gained invaluable experience and deepened her commitment to creating meaningful, transformative camp experiences for both campers and staff. Her journey reflects her unwavering belief in the impact of camp and her desire to inspire others along the way.
